This fall, Brott Music Festival invites students to embark on a musical adventure with Dan Brown’s Wild Symphony — an imaginative orchestral experience that brings together live music, storytelling, colourful characters and spectacular projected visuals.
From the joyous Bouncing Kangaroo to the melodious Maestro Mouse, every animal has a story to tell and a musical lesson to share.
Performed live by the Brott Festival Orchestra, Wild Symphony is a playful and engaging introduction to the extraordinary sounds of a full symphony orchestra.

Created by #1 New York Times bestselling author Dan Brown, Wild Symphony introduces young audiences to the orchestra through nearly two dozen musical portraits of animals from around the world.
Students meet a collection of wonderfully imaginative creatures as their stories unfold through music, narration and projected illustrations. Conducted by Brott Music Festival’s Martin MacDonald and performed by the National Academy Orchestra of Canada, it’s funny, surprising and wildly musical. And for students experiencing a live symphony orchestra for the first time, it’s an unforgettable way to discover what an orchestra can do.
BRING WILD SYMPHONY INTO YOUR CLASSROOM
The experience doesn’t have to begin and end at the concert hall. Extensive education materials are available to help teachers explore Wild Symphony with their students before and after the performance. Activities and educational materials created to accompany Wild Symphony and will be sent to your upon your booking and receipt of your deposit by Brott Music Festival.
