Vivaldi Four Seasons

Vivaldi’s beloved masterpiece opens our 36^th summer festival and its evocative musical Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter movements are complemented by a unique Indigenous perspective, presented by Akwesasne singer-songwriter Bear Fox. 

An extended intermission gives audience members an opportunity to meet and mingle with some of our performers.

The second half of the concert will feature Indigenous drum dancing and singing before the Ontario Premiere of Cameron Wilson’s Canadian Seasons. Hear what Springtime in the Maritimes, Summer in the Prairies, Autumn in Gatineau Park and Winter in Nunavut sound like.
